Mandatory travel insurance for Zanzibar from 1 October

The government of Zanzibar is unfortunately sticking to its decision regarding mandatory travel insurance.

From 01.10.2024, taking out travel insurance through Zanzibar Insurance Corporation is compulsory for all tourists!

The price is USD 44 per person and covers a stay of up to 92 days.
